When thousands of attendees arrive at one of Europe’s largest radiology congresses, smooth registration is everything. At ECR 2026, Wuttsa kept the lines short and the badges flowing — even when unexpected challenges arose.
We delivered a fully integrated badge printing solution spanning 30 registration stations and 10 self-service print stations — letting attendees scan, verify, and print their badges on the spot. Signed and localized wallet files made it easy to have your badge ready on your phone before even arriving. One self-service station was even installed at the inbound train station from the airport, so guests could even register on the train, collect the badge in “Wien Mitte”, and walk into the venue badge in hand.
From backend integration to onsite support, Wuttsa handled it end to end — even providing industry-grade QR code scanners.

The 16th International Diagnostic Course (IDKD) Greece 2025 is officially underway today, September 26, in the scenic Athenian suburb of Vouliagmeni. Focusing on Musculoskeletal Diseases, this three-day intensive course (running through September 28) brings together leading international imaging specialists for an immersive educational experience.
Known for its interactive teaching methodology, the IDKD Greece course includes a series of workshops and highlight lectures designed to advance the diagnostic skills of medical imaging professionals. The event is held at the Hotel Divani Apollon, serving as a hub for radiologists and clinicians interested in the latest developments in musculoskeletal imaging.
Supporting the success of this year’s meeting, wuttsa is providing a dedicated evaluation system. This digital tool allows attendees to give immediate and valuable feedback about the specific talks and teachers throughout the course, ensuring continuous quality improvement and enhancing the learning experience for all participants.
